*Disclaimer: Add-ons are only intended for the primary person booking. There is no limit to the number of add-ons you can choose, but you cannot select an add-on for someone already being added on to your session. Each individual in a group session is allowed any number of add-ons they would like, however the above still applies.
All photos are delivered through a private gallery accessible with a password and shared with whomever you choose.
A $75/person fee is charged for cancellations made less than a week before a session.
*A note for Virginia Tech Grads: Lane Stadium and the Practice Field are two separate locations. Additionally, the Pylons and Torgersen Bridge are two separate locations.*
FAQ
What's your turn around time?
I promise a turn around time of no more than 2 weeks following a graduation shoot. I aim to have all galleries delivered by the date of the University Commencement for all shoots taking place prior to Commencement.
How do I secure my session?
Your date/your group's date is secured once all individuals have signed the contract I send out and once everyone has paid the 25% retainer fee!
The remainder of your session balance is due no later than a week prior to your session. I also offer payment plans upon request!
Can I bring champagne to my shoot?
The champagne shot is a staple of grad photos, and they’re so much fun to do! It is completely up to you/you and your group if you want to bring champagne to your session. Don't waste your money on the expensive stuff, though! The cheapest of the cheap work just the same.
What should I bring to my session?
The only things you need to bring with you are your cap & tassel, gown and any stoles and cords you may have/may want highlighted in your photos. But, if there are any other items you want represented in your photos, please bring them!! My goal for our session is for your photos to encapsulate your time in college. Some examples of items people have brought in the past are: class rings, football/basketball jerseys, champagne, and other college memorabilia.
What happens if it's supposed to rain the day of my session?
The ONLY reason I reschedule a shoot is if it is raining or storming; I do not reschedule for cloudy days. We will first evaluate the week before/week of and see what the weather is looking like. If it's not promising, and if I still have dates open, I will suggest those to you first to see if we can reschedule. But if that’s not the case or those don’t work, I save the week of/and after finals as rain dates!
How does the individual photos add-on for the Large Group Session work?
If you select the $40 individual photos add-on, those will take place during the same group session. If you want your individual photos done at a different time, it would be considered a stand-alone individual session and would be priced as follows: $195 for the group session group shots and $295 for an individual session on a different date, totaling $490.
